The modular design and clearly defined interfaces between all plant components allow the utilization of local manufacturing sources. The reduction of transportation and production costs is a direct benefit for our customers. The modular design and the preparation of the modules through the production leads to a fast and uncomplicated job-site assembly.
The production capacity of LBJ500 asphalt mixing plant is 30-40 tons per hour. The basic idea of the LBJ500 concept is a solid solution to small project of road building. With a portfolio of optional components each plant can be adapted to individual customer requirements.
