LBJ1500 asphalt mixing plant consist of batching system,drying system,hot

 Explication of LBJ1500 asphalt mixing plant

The mixing tank is the key component of the mixer,the proportional parameter
of the length and width,and volume coefficient of the tank,the arrangement
density of the mixing arm,the set-up angle of the mixing blade will influence the
mixing productivity and quality. Our company does research on the characteristics
of the imported mixer and their experience and make reliable improvement on the
space between mixing arms and angle of the mixing blade.

The scale board and the blade the mixing tank uses wear-resisting high strength alloy casting to support the service life

The asphalt input in the mixing tank adopts asphalt spraying type, it can
cover the surface of the aggregate evenly, making the mix equally
The filling rate should not be more than 50%,so the stone and asphalt can mix
fully,and shorten the mixing time.

Dust control system

First-stage dust control of this system adopts gravity dust catching and all the cold
aggregate is conveyed into the hot aggregate elevator for recycling
use.

The second-stage dust control of the dust catching system is impulsive blowing bag dust
catcher .this dust catcher adopts import high-temperature resisting bags, guarantees long
working under rated high temperature. Therefore it has long life-span and good ventilation. Its object is the powder whose diameter is under 75μm. The efficiency of  bag dust catcher can
reach more than 99.5%.

After second-stage dust control, it  is blew into the recycle powder bin
through fan and pipelines. So the structure is simple and lower fault. When the
recycle powder isn't used, the dust can be discharged by recycle powder measuring
screw conveyer.

The vertical structure bag dust catcher:the heat-preservation structure of the
upper and lower tank body eliminate the agglomeration and leakage of the powder,
Outer packing use pres type colorful steel plate to support the good-looking.

Weighing accuracy

Electric,Pneumatic and Computer control system

The electric control adopts advanced electric components (including products of
Siemens,Schneider and Omron,etc) which ensure the reliability of long
performance. According to the order of start,the driving control wire sets the
protecting lines,thus guarantees the reliability and safety of operation. The motor
of the belt feeder in the batching process is controlled by frequency speed regulator
,so the regulation precision is improved.

The computer control systemcontrolled by computer,strong anti-interference
ability,reliable operationThe computer automatic control system adopts impulse
processing by lower monitor,and production management by the upper monitor,
the automatic compensation of the dynamic impulse and the regulation of the flying
material. Its reliable procedure control applys the automatic operation.the computer
has error-analyzing function, there will be automatic hinting picture if fault occurs.
The pneumatic control system is equipped with piston air compressor, so it can
 work reliably.
